History: Has over 40 years experience of recruitment. Past president Institute of Employment Consultants. Also a leading expert witness in personal injury litigation and employment tribunals.

Petra Gilbert Manager

History: The combination of a background in banking and as a trainee showjumper has given Petra two valuable assets, meticulousness and an understanding of competitiveness.  Ensures contracts work effectively and compliantly by clear and direct reporting procedures and measures.

What you might not know: Once played golf with pixies (has photographic proof) and has a silver room at home containing a life-sized Power Ranger.

Interests: Music (learning drums), photography, travel and visiting her retired horse, Baldi, in Cornwall.

Jas Kallah Relationship Manager

History: Originally a TRG site supervisor at a City bank, came in-house as a recruitment consultant in 2004 and appointed relationship manager in 2006 with responsibility for key accounts primarily in the insurance industry.

What you might not know: Adores chocolate. Believes handbags are germ carriers (lucky husband).

Interests: Cooking, shopping, chocolate, travel, chocolate, and then of course there’s chocolate.

Jeremy Watt Case Manager

History: Case Manager at Trevor Gilbert & Associates.  A background in sales and business management, particularly establishing and managing key performance indicators. Joined The TRG Group in 2004, initially in a sales management role, but the work of TGA increasingly evolved with new and exciting projects and by 2008 took on the case manager’s role, though still heavily involved in brand development and market positioning.

What you might not know: Is a season ticket holder for Ipswich (someone has to be), plays tennis and hits the mountain bike trails. Recently completed the restoration of the family Victorian home.

Interests:A former choir boy he’s developed a strong tenor voice and has a secret passion for choral music.

Terry Jarvis Ambassador

History: Joined TRG in 1998 as a Site Supervisor and is our principle ambassador, helping set up new sites, trouble-shooting, and is a qualified H&S manual handling trainer.

What you might not know:Was head choir boy at his village church high up in the Welsh valleys.

Interests: Coastal walking, volunteering at local hospice, culture, travel, neighbourhood watch.
