Report delivery:
Performance Is monitored by our Case Administration Centre and
measured at every stage. We state actual delivery times achieved for the
current year, updated each month. Currently our average report delivery
is 27.6 days from date of instruction. The centre based in Ipswich maintains
a central point of contact, managing the report process throughout and
providing an effective and reliable service to clients.
Report compliance:
Reports are produced to comply with the Civil Procedure
Rules and Academy of Expert guidelines, each
report including a signed statement of truth by the author.
Review of case papers:
In some cases it may not be clear exactly how, or if, we can assist. You
may need to put a convincing case before the Judge when requesting an
employment expert, or simply obtain a quick opinion as to the appropriateness
of our involvement. In such instances TGA will be pleased
to provide a brief, free overview from basic case papers.
The Team:
Based throughout the country, TGA experts are drawn from
the top level of recruitment and personnel professions and intensively
trained in presenting written and oral evidence. They continue to develop
expert witness skills through our own continuous professional development
programme as well as drawing from external training providers.
