Trevor Gilbert & Associates is the UK’s leading employment expert witness practice, established in 1991 following a request for quality reporting from a law firm exasperated with the standard of reporting then available.

Our solution was simple, logical and very effective; we relied on lengthy recruitment and employment experience to create a report that was centred on the Claimant, not statistics, developing a structure that related an occupational story of where the Claimant had come from, where now and where we felt they were going.

Reality and commonsense are our fundamental building blocks. Some 20 years later and producing thousands of reports involving a vast range of occupations, is testimony alone to the reliance lawyers place upon our quality of service delivery, but please do check out our testimonials from a wide range of claimant and defendant lawyers and counsel .

The logical extension of this employment expertise was vocational rehabilitation and 4 years ago we created The Pathfinder Project, specifically designed to enable claimants return to the workplace following injury.

We can also deliver evidence on overseas labour markets, having prepared reports for nationals of France, Netherlands, Eire, Kosovo, Germany, Italy, Spain, Hong Kong, the United States of America, and Australia.
